The Nevada State Board of Engineers and Land Surveyors requires that professional engineers obtain 30 PDH every two years. Licensees who last name begins with the letter A through E, must renew by January 1st of odd-numbered years. Licensees who last name begins with the letter F through K, must renew by July 1st of odd-numbered years. Licensees who last name begins with the letter L through R, must renew by January 1st of even-numbered years. Licensees who last name begins with the letter S through Z must renew by July 1st of even-numbered years. The Board does not pre-approve providers or specific courses. Each engineer must determine whether an activity meets the Board's requirements.
