Oregon

The Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying requires that professional engineers obtain 30 PDH of continuing education every two years. Licensees whose last name begins with the letter A through F must renew by December 31st, of odd-numbered years. Licensees whose last name begins with the letter G through K must renew by June 30th, of odd-numbered years. Licensees who last name begins with the letter L through R must renew by December 31st, of even-numbered years. Licensees whose last name begins with the letter S through Z must renew by June 30th, of even-numbered years. The Board does not pre-approve providers or specific courses. Each engineer must determine whether an activity meets the Board's requirements.
