The Tennessee Board of Architects and Engineers requires that professional engineers must obtain 24 PDH of continuing education every two years by the anniversary date of their initial licensure. At least 13 PDH must address public health, safety and welfare; include technical, ethical or managerial content. The Board does not pre-approve providers or specific courses. Each engineer must determine whether an activity meets the Board's requirements.
